Lawsuit against Obama just frivolous

Lawsuit against Obama just frivolous

The U.S. Constitution, which is the bedrock of our legal system, says in Article II Section 4; "The President, The Vice President and Civil Officers (Supreme Court Justices) shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Because the GOP doesn't care for President Obama's executive orders (he has issued the fewest in recent history), the American Healthcare Act, raising the minimum wages for workers on federal projects, signing the Equal Pay Act so women can have equal pay with men, helping the poor and fighting for equal voting rights for all, are not impeachable offenses. The GOP Speaker of the House's suit against the president falls short of any wrong doing.

This great country needs improvements in infrastructure, education, tax code overhaul for fairness and securing our harbors, improving our air traffic controls systems equipment and improving our railroad systems.

House GOP, stop wasting our time with these frivolous political shenanigans and be about the business of improving our country.
