Chili fans attend cook-off championship in Batavia

The 22nd annual State Championship Chili Cook-Off along the Batavia Riverwalk on Saturday featured 34 entrants.

The event was hosted by the Batavia Park District and the Batavia Chamber of Commerce. Categories included homestyle, restaurant and Chili Appreciation Society International members. "People's Choice Awards" were given in homestyle and restaurant divisions, while society members were scored by a panel of judges.
