Read to Learn volunteers given Spotlight on Service Award

Married couple Marilyn and John Walker have been volunteering with the Read to Learn program since 1997 as a way to give back to the community. In May, the Illinois State Library awarded the Walkers for their dedication and time at the annual Spotlight on Achievement and Service Awards ceremony.
