Baby falls from second-floor window in Chicago

A 10-month-old child has been hospitalized after falling from a second-floor window of a Chicago home.

Authorities say the baby fell Sunday night and was rushed to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

Kimberly Brown, who told the Chicago Sun-Times that she is the child's grandmother, said she thinks the baby crawled out the window from its bed. Brown said the grandfather was caring for the child at the time.
