Friendship Conservatory marks 25th anniversary

Join Friendship Park Conservatory from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 28 for a 25th anniversary party. The Conservatory will celebrate the milestone with music, greenhouse tours, hayrides, face painting, a balloon artist, a fire engine, a petting zoo and works by local artists. Food and beverages will be available for purchase and an ensemble from the Mount Prospect Community Band will provide music. The first 200 to arrive get a free plant, one per family while supplies last. The event is free. Friendship Park Conservatory, a Mount Prospect Park District facility, is at 395 W.
