More downtown Round Lake construction Wednesday

Commuters may want to reconsider driving through downtown Round Lake on Wednesday, June 4. If the weather is dry, traffic on Sunset Drive will be reduced to one lane to allow for paving, part of the Sunset-Hart Road construction project, said Deborah Finn, vice president of marketing for Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers. Finn said while flaggers will be present to direct traffic, heavy construction equipment and trucks will be prevalent, so allow extra time if you travel through the area.
