Don't direct criticism at workers, volunteers

My husband is 93 years old and a veteran of World War II. Two years ago he started using the services of both the Aurora clinic and Hines VA hospital as an outpatient - Aurora for hearing and Hines for vision.

We can truly say their services have been excellent. We did wait almost six months for the vision clinic, but they told us in the beginning there was a long waiting list. Also, they told us for an emergency to call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

We hope the allegations we are reading about are untrue, but please don't point your finger at all who work there plus all the wonderful volunteers
