Don Rosedale returns as president of Des Plaines Park District

The Des Plaines Park District board has elected Donald J. Rosedale as president for the upcoming year. Jana B. Haas is vice-president, James F. Grady is treasurer and Commissioners Joseph Weber and William J. Yates complete the five-member board. Rosedale was first elected to the park board in 1999. He belongs to the Izaak Walton League, the Des Plaines Kiwanis Club and the Freemasons and previous was a board member for the Frisbie Senior Center, the Des Plaines Historical Society and the Chamber of Commerce among many other organizations. The park board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at the Administrative and Leisure Center, 2222 Birch St.
