Thanks for response to food drive

The Avon Community Food Pantry would like to publicly thank the residents of the Round Lake and Grayslake area and the men and women of the U.S. Postal Service for donating and collecting over 10,000 pounds of food during the National Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.

Your donations will go a long way to help those in our community who face food insecurity. The Avon Township Community Food Pantry operates an Emergency Food Pantry out of the Avon Township Center.

Last year, we were able to assist more than 28,000 township residents. Each and every day, we are grateful for the community we live in and the help you provide to those less fortunate.
