Renewable energy to be discussed in Des Plaines

Officials from the Sierra Club will provide information about renewable energy during a meeting June 10 in Des Plaines.

State Rep. Marty Moylan is hosting the meeting, which will be held at 7 p.m. at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St.

The Sierra Club, founded in 1892, is the nation's largest grass-roots environmental organization.
