Rain slows Hart Road construction in Round Lake

Poor weather has slowed construction work on Hart Road in Round Lake, officials said. Crews are expected to continue working on the installation of a storm sewer along Hart Road. Hart will remain closed from Sunset Drive to Cedar Lake Road. Asphalt paving of the west side of the Sunset Drive - in the closed lane - is anticipated to begin Monday, weather permitting. Once the asphalt paving is complete, traffic will be shifted so work can begin on the east side of Sunset Drive. Drivers are urged to be alert and watch for changing traffic patterns.
