Route 22 lane closure planned:

Drivers will see lane closures on eastbound Route 22 between Essex Lane and Oakwood Lane, while crews do utility work as part of the Forest View single-family residential subdivision, village officials announced in a news release. Traffic will be reduced to one lane. The work could start as early as next week and take as long two weeks, pending contractor availability and weather conditions, the village said. The lane closure is expected to cause traffic delays. Alternate routes should be considered if possible. The village will provide additional information if the schedule should change.
