River cleanup day

The village of Lincolnshire will host Chicago River Day on Saturday, May 10, at North Park from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will work side-by-side on the river bank to collect garbage and recycling, remove invasive vegetation and add wood chips to river-edge trails.
