St. Peter Church in Antioch Rummage Sale Offers Loads of Bargains
St. Peter Church in Antioch will be holding their annual rummage sale on Thursday, June 12 through Saturday, June 14, 2014 at St. Peter Church, Rt. 59 and Lake Street in Antioch, IL. This sale, also known as "Pete's Repeats" will be located adjacent to the Church at St. Peter School.
The times of the sale are: Thursday, June 12, 7 am-7 pm; Friday, June 13, 7 am-7 pm; Saturday, June 14, 8 am-3 pm.
On Saturday, shoppers can take advantage of the Bag Sale from 12 noon to 3pm where a grocery size paper bag can be filled with most items from the sale for just $5 per bag. The sale fills up all of St. Peter School. The 2nd floor of the school will include women's, men's and children's clothing and shoes, linens, toys, games, crafts, and office supplies. The main floor will contain furniture, housewares, electronics, and books. The lower level will contain holiday, items, bridal, jewelry, antique boutique, infants, and the not to be missed renovation station (refurbished items)! The parking lot area just outside the school entrance will include tools, sporting goods, appliances, gardening items, kids riding toys, bikes, boats, and lawn equipment. You are sure to find something that you just can't live without!
DONATIONS ARE NEEDED! Donation Drop Offs: Wednesdays from 10 am-6 pm (through May 28) at the Religious Education building (next to St. Peter's school). Please do not bring large furniture to this location. Saturdays from 8 am-12 pm (through May 24) at the old Advertiser building (behind U-Haul, across from Antioch High School on Rt. 173). Furniture is accepted at this location. Donation Pick Ups: Please call 847-886-9439 to schedule a pickup.
Items we can accept include: Clothing, Furniture, Jewelry, Handbags, Household Décor, Artwork, Kitchen Items, Antiques, Collectibles, Holiday Decorations, Toys and Games, Hobby and Crafting Supplies, Books and Media, Linens, Office Supplies, Sporting Equipment, Lawn/Garden Equipment, Lawn Décor, Tools, Bikes, Boats, Cars, Campers, Electronics, and Appliances in working order.
Items we cannot accept include: Mattresses, Car Seats, Projection TVs, and Auto Parts Items that are not sold are donated to various organizations including Friends of Antioch Library, Catholic Charities, and various local churches.
