Thorndale closed in Bensenville due to crash

At least one person was injured in a crash on Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville this morning, authorities said.

Authorities said a vehicle and semi-truck collided near Larson Lane at about 4:30 a.m.

Authorities have closed Thorndale between North York Road and Supreme Drive while investigating the crash.

The driver of the car was taken to a nearby hospital. It's unknown if the driver of the semi was also injured.
