Earth Day Community Sale at Wheeling Park District

On Saturday, April 26, the Wheeling Park District hosts the Earth Day Community Sale at the Community Recreation Center (CRC) gymnasium, at 333 W. Dundee Road in Wheeling.

The community is invited to shop a variety of goods including household items, clothes, crafts and more. Admission is free and the first 150 shoppers receive a commemorative shopping bag. Earth Day craft activities for children also will be offered.

While supplies last, Wheeling Park District will give away tree saplings as part of the Living Lands and Water Million Trees project.

A limited number of vendor booths are still available. A $10 registration fee is required to reserve a 10-foot-by-10-foot selling space. Sign up today. Space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are provided with a table and chair. Nonprofit organizations are invited to participate at no charge.
