Lifecenter Health & Fitness Club to hold free day of fitness

Shopping for a new health club?

Come to Lifecenter Health & Fitness Club and enjoy a free day of fitness from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 17.

Take part in group fitness classes, test out the cardio and strength training equipment in the health club, or take a spin around the track. There will also be free baby-sitting and raffles during the day.

Try Lifecenter to see how it can help you achieve a healthy lifestyle and enjoy working out. Participants must be at least 14 years old and sign a waiver.
