Benefit baseball clinic:

Lake Villa Township Baseball has teamed up with Strike 3 Baseball to host a clinic on May 4, with proceeds benefiting Evan O'Brien. O'Brien, a township baseball player, is fighting Stage 4 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma/leukemia. The clinic will run from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for kids aged 5 through 8, and from 1 to 3:30 p.m. for kids aged 9 through 12, at the Round Lake Sports Center, 2004 Municipal Way, Round Lake Beach.
