Walk for a cause in Lincolnshire

Stevenson High School's Best Buddies group will host a friendship walk at the Lincolnshire campus on Sunday, April 13. The event will raise money for Best Buddies Illinois, an organization that teams students with intellectual disabilities with peers who aren't disabled. Check-in starts at noon, and the walk begins at 1 p.m. A post-walk party with food and drinks will run from 2 to 4 p.m. For more information, to sponsor a walker or to make a donation, go to bestbuddiesillinois.org/walkshs.
