Health fair held Saturday in Wheeling

Wheeling Township Elementary School District 21 held a Wellness Fair Saturday morning at London Middle School. The free event was open to community members of all ages.

Attendees got a chance to sample healthy foods, participate in physical activity demonstrations, learn from more than 20 local vendors, and win prizes.

“The Wellness Fair is a great event for our families and community members and provides opportunities to learn about the healthy lifestyles that we all strive to live,” District 21 Superintendent Kate Hyland said in a news release.
