Route 21/137 work to resume:

Weather permitting, construction activities will resume Monday, April 7, on the Route 21/137 project in Libertyville. There will be intermittent daily lane closures on both roads to complete the traffic signals at the intersection and on Route 21 and Casey Road. Work also includes installation of roadway lighting, placement of a guardrail along the northbound side of Route 21 from Janas Court to Rollingwoods Road, final landscaping on the east side of Route 21 and in the median area and application of permanent pavement markings. The scheduled completion date, including all final details, is June 15.
