Run in Wauconda:

Wauconda's Friends of the Library organization will host the third annual Wauconda Bunny Hop races on April 19. A 4-mile run, a 2-mile fun run and a kids race are planned. The races will stat at 9 a.m. at the library, 801 N. Main St. Per-person entrance fees are $5 for the kids race, $15 for the 2-mile race and $25 for the 4-mile race.
