'An Evening of Jazz:'

The Mundelein High School jazz bands, under the direction of Jerald Shelato and Andrew Sturgeon, will present "An Evening of Jazz" on Saturday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in the main gym. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free. The gymnasium will be transformed into a cabaret setting for the evening, with appetizers, desserts and beverages. In addition, a 50/50 cash prize raffle will be held in addition to a silent auction. All proceeds will go to the MHS Band Program. The jazz bands will perform a variety of classic and contemporary jazz pieces. Mundelein High School is at 1350 W. Hawley St., Mundelein.
