Group to talk flooding

The Lake County Board's planning, building and zoning committee will meet Tuesday to discuss a flood-relief plan for part of central Lake County. The region being eyed is in the Mill Creek watershed, and it includes parts of Grayslake, Gurnee, Libertyville and other communities. The meeting is set for 8:30 a.m. at the county government building, 18 N. County St., Waukegan.
