Naperville man faces child porn charges

A 56-year-old Naperville man has been charged with six counts of possession of child pornography following a three-month investigation by the Naperville Police Department's High-Tech Crimes Unit, authorities said.

Jeffrey A. Wright of the 700 block of Royal St. George was taken into custody Thursday and was to be transferred to the DuPage County jail.

Police, working in conjunction with the Will County State's Attorney's High-Technology Crimes Unit, said they executed a search warrant after determining Wright had downloaded and shared files containing child pornography.
