Route 21/137 work to resume:

Weather permitting, construction activities are scheduled to resume on the Route 21/137 project in the Libertyville area on April 15. Work includes completion of traffic signals at the intersections of Route 21/137 and on Route 21 at Casey Road. Roadway lighting, installation of a guardrail along the northbound side of Route 21 from Janas Court to Rollingwoods Road, final landscaping on the east side of Route 21 and in the median area, and application of permanent pavement markings are planned. It is anticipated that all work will be complete by June 15.
