Indoor Farmers market this Sunday in Elgin

All are welcome to browse our 15th indoor farmers market from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 30, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Elgin, 39W830 Highland Ave., 3 miles west of Randall Road in Elgin.

Local and sustainably produced food and other items are featured. Farm vendors include Arnold's Farm (natural meats); Dennanne Farms (honey, soap, candles); Natural Beauty by Margie (homemade skin care products); Pure Prairie Farm (popping corn, microgreens, bee pollen, 2014 seasonal produce shares); River Valley Ranch & Kitchens (fresh mushrooms, mushroom specialties, handcrafted salsas, spreads, dips, vegan and gluten free frozen specialties, shallots, granola); and Trogg's Hollow Farm (2014 seasonal produce shares).

Creative types from the church community will have hand crafted soaps, nature photo cards, macrame jewelry, and faerie collectibles.
