I strongly support Judge James C. Hallock and Judge Marmarie J. Kostelny for their selection to their respective Circuit Court Judge positions. Both judges went through a rigorous vetting process when they became associate judges.

In addition, the fact that the Illinois Supreme Court has appointed Judge Hallock to the position he is running for, is also worthy of consideration by the voters.

As a former chief judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit, I respect the knowledge, integrity, work ethic and temperament of both of these judges. Judges Hallock and Kostelny have proved themselves to be excellent judges. It is critical that these judges receive the support of the voters.
