Bartlett man, 47, faces child porn charge

A 47-year-old Bartlett man has been charged with possession of child pornography after an investigation by Bartlett and Wheaton police.

Michael P. Juhasz, of the 300 block of Marcia Court, is being held in Cook County jail on a $25,000 bail.

Bartlett police on Wednesday executed a search warrant at his home and seized several images and video depicting child pornography, authorities said.

His brother, Ronald J. Juhasz, 49, who lives at the same address, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. He was released on $1,500 bail.

Michael Juhasz is due back in court March 27.
