Burlington Central downs North Boone

Burlington Central 71, North Boone 54: The Rockets (18-7, 8-3) shot out to an early lead and never looked back as they easily defeated North Boone in Big Northern East action Saturday. Reed Hunnicutt led all scorers with 15 points while Brett Rau and Duncan Ozburn added 14 points apiece to lead the Rockets, who can earn a tie for the BN-East title with a win at Richmond-Burton next Friday.
