IC Catholic 75, St. Edward 51: The third installment of the IC Catholic-St. Edward rivalry went to the Knights (20-6, 10-0 Suburban Christian Gold), behind sophomore Rhaushaun Epting, who scored 11 of his game-high 19 points in the second quarter, a stretch where IC blew it wide open with a 26-10 point differential. The Green Wave (20-8, 6-4) were led by John Butzow's 11 points and Davontae Elam's 10 points. St. Edward fell to 1-2 against IC this season, but can get another crack at the top-seeded Knights in the Class 2A Aurora Christian regional championship if seedings hold next Friday.

Christian Liberty 61, Elgin Academy 58: Dietrich Robinson tried everything to end the 13-game losing streak, but his 38 points couldn't help the Hilltoppers (2-16) get off the schneid.
