This is the raise that Chris Lauzen wants to give top level employees of Kane County. One person he wants to give this raise to makes $109,000-plus and I would bet pretty good benefits and perks.

Mr. Lauzen's reason for this raise is other counties pay more for this same job. Perhaps the other counties are over paying. This is your and mine tax dollars.
