Cops seek clues in attempted Naperville home burglary

Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for an attempted burglary between 9:15 and 9:30 p.m. Feb. 2 at a residence on the 3200 block of Mayflower Lane.

Police said the intruders broke a basement window to gain entry but fled on foot when the residents arrived home at roughly the same time.

Anyone with information about the attempted burglary is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. Callers may remain anonymous.
