Outlook: The Bulls trail Toronto by 1½ games for third place in the East following the Raptors' 103-93 victory Tuesday night at Washington. After winning in Toronto 96-80 on Nov. 15, the Bulls lost twice at home to the Raptors, who have played much better since trading Rudy Gay to Sacramento. First-time all-star DeMar DeRozan is the top scorer at 22.4 ppg, followed by PG Kyle Lowry at 16.7 and four players (C Jonas Valanciunas, PF Amir Johnson, SF Terrence Ross and PF Patrick Patterson) all averaging 10 a game.
