D73 strategic planning committee:

The Hawthorn Elementary District 73 strategic planning committee will meet from 3 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at Middle School South, 600 N. Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills. This is part 1 of a retreat to set long-range goals and strategies. The team consists of the school board, teachers, administrators, parents and community members. It grew out of a reorganization committee that considered issues related to Adequate Yearly Progress. The public can observe and there is a public comment time. Visit www.hawthorn73.org.
