Over the past several years, just about every nonprofit has struggled through the impact of the recession. Home of the Sparrow, has been able to keep all their doors open helping homeless women and children achieve a new beginning.

These fundraisers will provide ongoing support to Home of the Sparrow's transitional housing and the Affordable and Rapid Re-Housing Program for homeless women and children. With the expansion of housing capabilities, Home of the Sparrow now serves approximately 220 homeless women and children. The increase in numbers represents a 120 percent increase in the number of people served over the past three years.

Your support enables Home of the Sparrow to do more to end homelessness. You can help by attending Home of the Sparrow events, signing up to be on a committee, hosting your own fundraiser, shopping at Home of the Sparrow thrift stores, donating to Home of the Sparrow, leaving a bequest, House of Worship involvement and making contributions to Home of the Sparrow.
