To commemorate National Heart Awareness Month, the Village of Arlington Heights is offering Cholesterol Screenings at a reduced cost on Saturday, February 8, 2014 and Wednesday, February 12, 2014, from 8:30am-10:30am. Please call 847-368-5760 to make an appointment.

Total, HDL, & LDL Cholesterol Screenings are $15 (usually $20) and this test requires a 12-hour fast. Medicare cannot be billed for this service as the Village of Arlington Heights is not an approved provider. Also available are free blood pressure readings and weight with BMI and body fat analysis.

The screenings are provided by the Village of Arlington Heights Nursing Services at 33 S. Arlington Heights Road in Health Services on the first floor of Village Hall.
