Democrats’ blame for rollout really a stretch

I have seen many a Democratic talking heads on TV as of late, and I just want to be sure I understand what it is they are saying regarding the rollout of Obamacare. All the problems with the website, cancellations, huge cost increases, and doctor and hospital shortages aren’t a deeply flawed policy nor giant governmental bureaucratic ineptitude. No, the problem, according to these people, is bad karma coming from the rapidly expanding number of people opposed to this new law.
