Hawthorn Woods vision workshop on Wednesday

Hawthorn Woods officials will host a community vision workshop at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the village barn, 2 Lagoon Drive (off Old McHenry Road east of Quentin Road), officials said. Participants will engage in an interactive workshop format, where small “breakout” groups will work together to map out their visions for the community’s future. The meeting will conclude with general agreement regarding the long-term role and character of Hawthorn Woods, and the projects and improvements that will be desirable in the future.
