Anti-NRA cartoon went too far

The cartoon on the Dec. 19 Opinion page showing a defender of the Second Amendment celebrating the anniversary of Sandy Hook was despicable. To promote the concept that the NRA and the gun lobby actually celebrate the Sandy Hook killings is disgusting. It is also disgusting that the anti-gun crowd would use the memory of those innocents to promote their position, especially since they have yet to offer anything that would have prevented those killings. Shame on you Daily Herald for exploiting those victims.
