Update: The Celtics (13-18) have stayed competitive, despite trading away Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett, and while Rajon Rondo recovers from a torn ACL. SF Jeff Green is the top scorer at 15.9 ppg, followed by PG Avery Bradley (13.8 ppg), SG Jordan Crawford (13.6) and PF Jared Sullinger (13.5). Boston ranks fifth in the league in points allowed at 96.8.
