Silly songs entertain kids and parents alike at Mundelein library
Equipped with his banjo and a repertoire of silly songs about bathing in washing machines and things that make you sneeze, musician Jim Gill entertained an enthusiastic crowd of kids and their parents Sunday at the Fremont Public Library in Mundelein.
Gill, who’s also an author and child development specialist, had an audience of about 100 dancing, clapping and singing along to selections from his six award-winning CDs during his “Sing in the New Year” concert.
