Recycling extravaganza in Highland Park

The city of Highland Park is hosting a recycling event from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Jan. 4, at the firearms training center, 1180 Half Day Road. Accepted electronics include computers, monitors, electronic keyboards and mice; printers, scanners, copy and fax machines, VCRs, DVRs & DVD players; telephones and cellphones; televisions, stereos and radios; and, microwaves and other small appliances.
