Prospect Hts. police donate to Giving Tree

The Prospect Heights Police Association donated more than $500 in gifts, purchased and wrapped by members of the Prospect Heights Police Department and their families to the 2013 Giving Tree Program which provides Christmas gifts to the children of struggling Prospect Heights families. The police association coordinated this year’s event with St. Alphonsus Ligouri Church. The Giving Tree is one of a number of community events the Prospect Heights Police Association helps support. The Association is made up of members of the Prospect Heights Police Department, both sworn and civilian, dedicated to making Prospect Heights a better place to live and work.
