Snow could affect afternoon commute

Accuweather.com says conditions are right for the area to get a brief period of heavy snow this afternoon after 3 p.m.

The fast-moving system could bring as much as two inches of snow in a two-to-three hour period.

The area could see more snow Tuesday morning, with little accumulation, according to accuweather.com.
