Free sleigh rides in downtown Arlington

Experience horse-drawn sleigh rides in downtown Arlington Heights. See the twinkling white lights and take in the holiday ambience from an open sleigh from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Dec. 12, 13, 19 and 20. The rides are free and the sleigh will be parked on Vail, adjacent to Harmony Park, Vail and Campbell, for boarding and drop-off.

Bundle up the family or gather your friends together for a short ride in the original “Santa’s Sleigh” from Santa’s Village. The sleigh accommodates 12-15 people. Feel free to bring blankets to keep yourself warm.

After your ride, enjoy the shopping and dining opportunities in downtown and check out the holiday displays at North School Park, Arlington Heights Road and Eastman.
