Elmhurst Dance Group Featured at Chicago's Travel & Adventure Show

The Travel and Adventure Show returns to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, January 11-12 and Elmhurst's own Meher Dance Company will be featured on the show's Global Beats Stage, Saturday, January 11 at 2 p.m. performing Bollywood and Indian folk dance. The company is involved in music video production, film choreography, and much more nationally and internationally.

The 2014 Travel and Adventure show will feature some of the biggest names in travel, including Travel Channel show host, Samantha Brown, best-selling author for guidebooks on international travel, Rick Steves, and Dangerous Grounds host, Todd Carmichael. The show will also feature adventure activities, a culinary theater, and dream destinations.

The show takes place at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. It opens Saturday, January 11, from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., and Sunday, January 12, from 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. (The show opens at 9:30 a.m. Saturday for travel professionals.)
