Illinois Brass Band to play classics Sunday in Round Lake Beach

The Illinois Brass Band will play holiday classics at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center, off Hook Drive west of Route 83. The program will feature 30 of the area’s finest brass players playing a mix of traditional carols, holiday classics and jazzy updates of favorites. Vocal soloist Amy Keipert will be featured. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and children under 18. Tickets are available at the door on the day of the concert. Call (847) 201-9032.
