Vocal, instrumental music featured in St. Matthew’s Christmas concert
The choirs of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Barrington will present their annual Christmas concert “Kneeling in Bethlehem,” a service of carols and readings of the Advent and Christmas Season at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.
The concert will feature both vocal and instrumental music, including the St. Matthew Senior Choir and Handbell Choir, and flute, oboe, and vocal soloists. The choirs are especially pleased that The Crystal Brass from Crystal Lake will again be performing at the concert.
Following the concert, St. Matthew invites all attendees to enjoy holiday refreshments and fellowship.
