Winners announced in Waukegan Turkey Trot

The Waukegan Park District held its annual Turkey Trot Saturday, Nov. 16, at Belvidere Park. The event collected four bins of nonperishable food items to be donated to the Holy Family Food Pantry. There were 140 people registered to race and the first-place winners were as follows:

Ÿ 7-12 months female: Mia Flor-Gutierrez

Ÿ 7-12 months male: Declan Lowery

Ÿ 13-23 months female: Milly Deram

Ÿ 2-3 year female: Camryn Lowery

Ÿ 2-3 year male: Derrick Smith

Ÿ 4-5 female: Holly Smith

Ÿ 4-5 male: Caleb Noble

Ÿ 6-7 female: Aariel Moore

Ÿ 6-7 male: Anthony Williams

Ÿ 8-10 female: Jacy Lopez

Ÿ 8-10 male: Maris Matchalovas

Ÿ 11-13 female: Noemi Padilla

Ÿ 11-13 male: Jose Albance

Ÿ 14-17 male: Jakob Martinez

Ÿ 18-23 female: Elizabeth Barajas

Ÿ 18-23 male: Alex Garcia

Ÿ 24-29 female: Sarah Larue

Ÿ 24-29 male: Andrew Smith

Ÿ 30-39 female: Horalia Mendoza

Ÿ 30-39 male: Ignacio Garcia

Ÿ 40-49 female: Gaylene Lela

Ÿ 40-49 male: Francisco Mendoza

Ÿ 50-59 female: Judy Holmes

Ÿ 50-59 male: Norberto Diaz

Ÿ 60+ female: Maria Hinojosa

Ÿ 60+ male: Pat O’Keefe

There were no runners in the 13-23 months male or ages 14-17 female races.

The park district congratulates all winners and race participants.
